Mi–Phos Z–4000 is a heavy immersion zinc phosphate formulated to provide excellent corrosion protection on ferrous metal parts by depositing in excess of 2000 milligrams per square foot of crystalline zinc phosphate. When used with Metal Guard 320 or a Metal Guard 560, Mi–Phos Z–4000 can surpass 168 hours of ASTM B–117 salt spray protection.

Mi-Phos Z-10 chemical is formulated to produce a non-metallic, fine-grained, calcium modified, crystalline zinc phosphate coating, regardless of the cleaning method used, on steel and iron surfaces by spray or immersion. It serves as a surface prep providing excellent adhesion to metal surfaces prior to painting.

Mi-Phos Z-2 is a non-metallic, oil absorptive heavy zinc phosphate with an average coating weight of 1400 to1600 mg/ft2, formulated for steel and iron surfaces. This coating is an excellent base for the retention of a rust preventative, which will increase the corrosion resistance of the final finished part.

Mi–Phos M–5 is a manganese phosphate for steel, with an average coating weight of 1800 to 2000 mg/ft2.
